I had a fantastic stay in this city center hotel. The location couldn't be better - right at the end of the main shopping avenue from the city center, across the street from the park, and just a 5-minute walk from the train station. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the facilities provided, including the mini bar, were top-notch. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my check-in process quick and simple. Additionally, the hotel had its own guarded parking lot, which was a great convenience.

The friendly and helpful staff, like Marcela, go above and beyond to assist guests with any needs, from arranging transportation to contacting restaurants. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offers a variety of options to start the day off right.

One minor drawback is the lack of outlets next to the bed, making it difficult to charge a phone and use it for information simultaneously.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices for a well-situated and comfortable stay in the city center. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing attentive service throughout our visit. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a charming old-fashioned luxury that adds to the authentic experience. The hotel's attention to detail, such as the use of dark wooden furniture and long drapes, creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
