Spent a wonderful New Year's celebration at a hotel in a great location. Enjoyed the lively atmosphere with different celebrations for Russians, Ukrainians, and Czechs. The hotel staff, mostly Czech, were professional and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with lovely details like fresh flowers and chocolates. The spa was clean and relaxing, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Loved the convenience of the thermal spring for drinking and the peaceful view of the hotel garden.

The only downside was that the New Year's celebration had mostly Russian/Ukrainian music, which was a bit disappointing as we were in Czech and had hoped for more Czech music. The receptionist had assured us otherwise.

The whirlpool was not functioning during my stay, which was a disappointment as it was mentioned in the brochure as a facility available.

The location is right in town, close to the main shopping and leisure walking area. The staff is friendly and accommodating, from check-in to the restaurant. The spa facilities are inviting and offer a wide range of treatments. The pool area and selection of saunas, including a Turkish steam room and a Russian sauna at 100 degrees Celsius, are excellent. Complementary fruit and chocolate on the pillows were nice surprises. it was an extremely pleasant stay.

I was hoping to pamper myself with some spa treatments, but everything was fully booked, and the sauna was closed for maintenance. the soundproofing in the rooms was poor, and I could hear every noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms, which made it hard to sleep.
