Loved the tram accessibility and cozy lounge area.

The rooms are spacious and warm, perfect for unwinding after a long day. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous breakfast buffet, it fueled our adventures! Plus Blanka and the staff were super helpful every time we needed something, really made us feel welcomed.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but considering the comforts, it worked out in the end.

The location is fantastic, being just a few minutes from the tram stop with a friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is delightful with various tasty options and a cozy lounge for relaxation.

Noise from nearby trams can be bothersome at night, which might disturb your sleep. also, housekeeping inconsistencies may affect your stay, leaving some guests dissatisfied with cleanliness on lengthy visits.

We really enjoyed the cozy lounge and the option to relax on the terrace in the evenings. If you don't mind a bit of occasional noise, it's a fantastic place to unwind after exploring the city! 😊

Unfortunately, there was only one power outlet in the room, which wasn't conveniently located near the bed, making it challenging to charge devices overnight.

Convenient tram access made it easy to explore the area, and the clean, comfortable room provided a peaceful night's rest. Breakfast featured delightful homemade marmalade, a pleasant surprise. However, the bathroom had some issues—the door didn’t close properly, and the lack of a shower screen resulted in water pooling on the floor after use. Also, the rooftop room posed its own discomforts, making it less than ideal for my partner.

We had a fantastic four-night stay! The staff were unbelievably nice and fluent in English, which made communication easy. Breakfast was a fantastic selection, fueling us for our daily adventures. Make sure to ask for a room away from the tram line for peace and quiet. We will return!

the room at carlton was perfect after its recent renovation, and the breakfast was amazing—so many options, including fresh fruits and cheeses. i really loved the cozy sitting area where we could relax before heading out. Plus, the location in zizkov is great. just a few tram stops to the center.

It was just a decent option for a city escape in Prague with very good value for money. The bathroom was pretty small, making it tricky for a comfortable shower. Consider bringing your own toiletries since their selection is quite limited.
