The staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the sunrise over the mountains. I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the in-room refrigerator and coffee maker. The breakfast options were impressive, with a wide variety to choose from.

No complaints, everything was perfect.

Great location, close to the airport and convenient for families visiting nearby. Room had all the essentials, such as a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. the complimentary hot breakfast was a bonus.

Housekeeping was disappointing, with the room not being properly cleaned and maintained. Some issues included crumbs on furniture, unclean coffee pot, and sticky tray.

Great location near the airport and clean, well-maintained rooms. the 3rd-floor rooms provide a peaceful stay away from traffic noise. Plus, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were mostly pleasant and helpful during my stay.

There were some sketchy characters hanging around the parking lot in front, which made me feel a little uncomfortable. Additionally, the plumbing seemed to pass directly above our heads, causing loud noises when the upstairs guests used their tubs, which woke us up at night.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with freshly replaced hallway carpets that looked great. The hotel facilities were comfortable, with a cozy sofa and easy chair in our room. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes away from the airport. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We were delighted to have a hot breakfast included, with delicious scrambled eggs and waffles. Location was convenient, close to the airport but no flight noise, and near downtown Reno casinos and Virginia City. Also, having Costco next door and other stores within easy driving distance was a plus.

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent shuttle service to and from the airport. The driver arrived promptly at 4:45AM for our early morning flight, and on our return, we only had a 10-minute wait. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. We also appreciated having a refrigerator to keep our food cold for our flights. Although there was an additional charge for parking, the overall experience at the Comfort Inn was positive, and we would consider staying here again.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was conveniently located near the airport. the air conditioning in the rooms worked well, keeping us comfortable during our stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. the carpets in both of our rooms had large, dark stains, and one of the beds had a mysterious filth on the dust ruffle.
