The hotel is located in a great location, right at the river, making everything easily accessible. It is close to central areas and right opposite the tram. The rooms are well-designed and modern, with comfortable beds. The staff is courteous and attentive, providing great service. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace is delicious, with many choices and a stunning view.

The staff can be inattentive and seem too busy to help at times.

We had a wonderful stay at this venue. Our room was very spacious and had a beautiful view of the river. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious with a full length soaking tub and heated floors. We appreciated the breakfast buffet which had a good variety of food, including prosecco. The location is great and makes it easy to access popular attractions.

The location of the hotel is great, close to central areas and the tram line. You can easily explore the city and it's convenient for getting around. The hotel also offers a beautiful view of Prague Castle, making it a great spot to enjoy a beer. There is another restaurant in the building, providing options for dining.

The bathroom is specialized for disabled people, which is a nice feature, but it may be inconvenient for others due to the shower not having a boundary frame, causing the floor to get wet. The sink is also placed too low and the handle near the closet blocks access to the toilet paper.

The view from the rooftop terrace at Dancing House - Tancici Dum is absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed sipping drinks and taking in the spectacular sights of the river and town. The room was spacious and modern, with all the amenities we needed. The location in the city center was perfect for exploring Prague. I highly recommend this hotel for its iconic building and unbeatable views.

The location was great, right by the river and within walking distance of all the attractions. the room had a beautiful view and the bed was really comfortable.

The staff was unhelpful and rude. They gave us a different room than the one we booked and refused to adjust the price.

Stunning view of the river, boats, and bridges from our connected rooms. Wonderful receptionist, Juliya, who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Well-stocked rooms with complementary fruit and welcome drinks. Breakfast on the terrace with an exceptional view was a highlight.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

As foreign tourists, we were amazed by the modern and beautiful mood lighting in the rooms. The ability to change the color of the lighting was a delightful feature. The shower and facilities were top-notch, and the overall design of the rooms was very modern and aesthetically pleasing.

I had a great business trip and enjoyed my stay at this hotel. the breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options to choose from. the location was perfect for me as it was close to the transport links and had a stunning view. Another advantage was that the staff was friendly and helpful when needed.

One of the worst aspects of the hotel was the lobby which was quite small and uninviting. the elevators were often crowded, with one elevator being dedicated to the restaurant visitors.

the staff were incredibly helpful and made sure our experience was memorable. the breakfast spread was delicious and beautifully presented. the location was perfect, with easy access to the tram for sightseeing. We would definitely choose to stay here again when we return.
