The complimentary shuttle service to the mall and Tampa International was very convenient, and the hotel's security measures made us feel safe. The location was perfect as it was close to the airport. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean. The beds were super comfortable and had nice pillows. Another highlight was the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of options to choose from.

The only small issue was with the A/C in the room, as it didn't seem to cool the whole area evenly. However, it didn't affect my overall experience and I still had a pleasant stay.
