Having recently stayed at a charming hotel in Prague, I had a fantastic experience at Deminka Palace. the staff were incredibly professional, helpful, and supernice. the location was perfect, with plenty of attractions within close proximity. Our booked room was unexpectedly sold out, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a junior suite at no additional cost. the suite was spacious, clean, and had a cozy atmosphere. the entire building had a gorgeous look and feel to it, and the hotel itself was full of character and history. I highly recommend Deminka Palace for its high standards and reasonable prices.

The hotel is conveniently located near Muzeum tube station, making it easy to explore the city. it is within walking distance of the iconic Wenceslas Statue, allowing for easy access to the main attractions. Close proximity to the main railway station is also a plus, making it convenient for travelers.

There was a lack of clear communication regarding the refund process and it was not up to the standards expected of a four-star hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by the early check-in availability. the hotel also offers convenient parking in a nearby temperature-controlled garage. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Deminka Palace for a memorable stay.

Free wifi and complimentary breakfast were nice. Location near the tram and supermarket made it easy to get around. the vintage decor was charming and added to the holiday atmosphere.

The heating was inadequate and it was too cold in our room. the staff seemed uninterested in helping, and we were left feeling ignored and uncomfortable.
