The hotel was lovely, clean and had a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nutritious and delicious. The spa facilities were private and spotless.

I had an amazing stay in a hotel located right at the city center, just a short walk from the historical sites. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom had floor heating which made it so cozy. The young and kind staff were always helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was plentiful and the hotel had great facilities. I also loved the location, as it was close to several inexpensive but really good restaurants.

There was a minor issue with the bar being understaffed, which made it impossible to redeem the free drink voucher upon arrival.

The hotel is located in the center of the old city, making it very convenient to explore the main city sights. Additionally, the metro station Florenc is just a short walk away, allowing for easy transportation around the city. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, and modern, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The staff is polite and helpful, providing luggage storage and assisting with any inquiries. Guests also appreciate the daily breakfast with a variety of menu options, as well as the lovely views from the dining area.

The hotel lacked a juicer, which meant guests were unable to enjoy fresh orange or grape juice.

The breakfast was basic but quite good, jaw-dropping variety and super delicious. The staff was mind-blowingly courteous. The location was excellent, with plenty of eating places in the vicinity. The walk around the hotel was filled with jaw-dropping sights to see.

We had a wonderful stay here. This place is located in a quiet part of the old town, yet it is near to the metro station and bus station which makes it easy to go around. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities that we needed, including heating and air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The buffet breakfast was amazing and there were plenty of choices. The bar and lounge area were great for relaxing after a busy day. Additionally, the facilities such as the leisure spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were a nice bonus. we highly recommend staying here.
