I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk from the city center. It was slightly outside of the main hustle and bustle of the Old Town area, which made it a peaceful and serene retreat.

In conclusion, I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location, services, and amenities provided at this hotel were truly first-class.

Had a nice Easter weekend at a hotel. Enjoyed the beautiful decorations in the lobby area and the friendly staff. Got complimentary chocolate eggs and a cute bunny towel set in our room. Location was great with a mall and some restaurants nearby. the room was clean and had a nice view of the city from the window.

The hotel wasn't soundproof at all and we could hear every noise from the guests in the hallways and in the adjacent rooms. the breakfast was a disappointment;

The hotel is conveniently located, with the Old Town, Kalamaja district, Toompea, and shopping areas within a short walking distance. Guests can explore the stunning city easily from this central location. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay. The bathroom is equipped with all necessary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant experience. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are always available to assist and answer any questions. Guests can enjoy a nice breakfast to start their day, and the hotel offers great facilities including a private sauna/spa and a jacuzzi in some rooms.

It is worth noting that there aren't many things to see or do near the hotel, so guests may have to walk about ten minutes to reach shopping areas or find a place to have a drink.

Lovely touches from the housekeeping staff, including a note and chocolate on the table. Family room was well-equipped with a sofa bed for the kids. The private sauna and big jacuzzi were a hit. Great hotel service, delicious food in the restaurant. Worth the 15-20 minute walk to the Old Town. highly recommended.

Great place to stay with excellent amenities and friendly staff. During our stay, we had a problem with the drains in the bathroom, but we reported it to the hotel and they were quick to address the issue. They took care of it promptly and ensured that the bad smell was eliminated. The rest of our experience at Kreutzwald Hotel was exceptional. The zen room we stayed in felt more like an apartment, and the jacuzzi was a lovely addition. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with the old town and a shopping mall within walking distance. Despite some minor inconveniences like the breakfast not being warm enough and limited dinner options, we found a great restaurant nearby. The hotel staff, especially Marcus at the front desk and Ats the Front Office manager, made our stay memorable by their welcoming and professional attitude. We even indulged in an incredible massage and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Tallinn.
