Spacious room, great view, sustainable approach, exceptional breakfast, good location.

I recently stayed at Ea Hotel in the city center for 5 days. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to public transport and within walking distance of the main attractions. The breakfast was fabulous, with a variety of fresh options each day. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was great. a fantastic hotel experience.

Would recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, two things that stood out to me were the comfortable beds and the convenient location of the hotel. the beds were cozy and provided a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. Moreover, the hotel was situated in a safe area, which gave me peace of mind during my stay. Additionally, I really enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. the variety of food options provided a good start to my day.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. the service was disappointing.

Convenient location near Wenceslas Square and public transportation. Helpful staff stored luggage and provided early check-in. Comfortable room with all necessary amenities. Delicious and varied breakfast options. Reasonable price.

Staying here made my visit even more enjoyable. The location was perfect - walking distance to the main attractions. The room was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities I needed, including an electric kettle and flat-screen TV. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding with a wide variety of fresh items to choose from.

I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

The room size is average for a twin bedroom, with a spacious bathroom. High ceilings provide a nice touch. Breakfast selection is impressive, with daily changes. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the city. Decent location with supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

My stay during Christmas at this hotel was quite disappointing. However, there were a few positive aspects. the location was convenient, being close to the center of the city. Secondly, the hotel offered a continental breakfast with a decent variety of choices. Lastly, the staff at the reception were friendly and provided helpful information about the nearby attractions.

There were several negative aspects of my stay. the room was not properly equipped.

I had a fantastic stay at Ea Hotel New Town. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the center of town, so I didn't need to use public transportation. The room was beautiful and clean, and I especially loved the Egyptian-themed décor. The person who checked us out was incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us with waking up and arranging our transfer to the airport. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast buffet was good and well-stocked. the location was superb, we could walk to all the famous landmarks without any trouble. the staff was helpful and always ready to assist.

The room was in dire need of refurbishment and did not meet our expectations.

Absolutely good service, very good breakfast, walking distance to Down Town, good quality-price ratio, clean and well located.

The service at the check desk was absolutely good! Any small problems were solved immediately. the breakfast was very good and offered a wide variety of options. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to downtown, and if you prefer public transport, the underground station is just a few hundred meters away. the quality-price ratio is excellent and we can truly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague during Christmas.

The check-in process took longer than expected due to some issues with the room allocation, but the staff was quick to solve the problem. the liquid soap container in the room was empty, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is just a few minutes away from Wenceslas Square and you can even walk to the new town center in 10 minutes. The proximity to the tram station and main train station is also a huge plus.

The staff were unhelpful at times.
