The hotel's location was superb, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. Being close to the beach, restaurants, cafeterias, and bars was a major highlight of our stay. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of.

Upgraded to the Gran J Private Lounge with fancy Jo Malone amenities. Enjoyed the international cuisine at Seascapes and the natural hot spring spa. Learned a lot from the helpful staff and had a blast at the kids-only floor.

Premium beachfront location with incredible infinity pool. Great meals, although slightly expensive. Amazing kids room with thoughtful amenities. Friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. Convenient facilities like washer and dryer, gym, and library of kids items. 24-hour mart and Starbucks within the hotel. Lots of nearby food options.

The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, even better than some other 5-star hotels in the area. The proximity to the beach was also very convenient, just a minute away. the sauna facility was well-maintained and a nice added bonus.

There were a few small details that could have been improved upon. the TV instructions were only in Korean and not very foreigner-friendly.

The new year experience at this hotel was great! the staff was friendly and welcoming, and we even received complementary champagne and snacks upon arrival. the hotel has a perfect location, right on the beachfront, with easy access to shopping and dining options. We enjoyed walking along the beach and watching the fireworks from our room, which had a stunning view of the ocean.

The room decor was a bit outdated, but it did not affect our stay negatively. the breakfast buffet had a good selection, but some items ran out quickly and took a while to be replaced.
