I stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is great as it is walking distance to many attractions in the city center. Not to mention, it is set on the square and by the central metro station which was very convenient when exploring the city. The staff was amazing, especially at the reception desk. They were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival. The room was very nice with modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi access, in-room air conditioning, and flat-screen TV. Furthermore, the room service was excellent and I enjoyed having a sitting area in my room.

The room was a disappointment with old furnishings and a less-than-clean bathroom, which left a lot to be desired. we were shocked that the hotel charged for tea and coffee amenities in the room, which we felt should have been complimentary like in other hotels.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city centre, integrated with the beautiful Lucerna building and passages. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the St. Vaclav monument and 5 minutes to the gates of the Old Town. Our group of 33 people had an excellent stay, thanks to the helpful and communicative staff. The rooms were of good quality, some even offering a view of the Vaclavak/Wenceslas square. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. The WiFi was fast and stable, which was a bonus.
