The hotel is conveniently located in the center of a beautiful spa town, close to the city center. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a lovely view over the valley. The bathroom is spacious and well-maintained. The service provided by the housekeeping and reception staff is excellent. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

Some guests mentioned that the service at the evening dining was poor, with no menu provided and no explanation of the available wines.

The room had a pool view and a comfy king-sized bed. The Saturday dinner was a six-course meal, while Sunday's buffet was tasty. The breakfast had a good variety of fruits and veggies. Free "noon snacks" were a pleasant surprise. The garage provided parking.

We had a wonderful romantic escape in this hotel with cozy and well-decorated rooms, and a stunning spa area. The breakfast was delicious and included a wide variety of dishes. The location was central to all the city's attractions and restaurants, and we could easily explore the whole area on foot. We especially liked that the hotel offered free parking, which made our stay more convenient.

The communication with the staff was difficult as they mostly spoke German and Czech, and we had some issues with understanding their instructions. , the pool was crowded during the day, and we had to wait for a while to get a spot in the saunas.

We had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel that fulfilled all our exclusive needs. The Spa & wellness centre was superb, with a wide range of treatments and massages that left us feeling relaxed and pampered. The indoor swimming pool was fantastic and the saunas were very refreshing. The sun terrace offered stunning views of the surrounding nature, and we enjoyed spending time in the well-maintained garden area. The restaurant served delicious breakfast, and the bar area with live entertainment was exceptional.
