This place is in a prime location, just a short walk outside right by the Congress Centre and across from the huge city park. We were impressed by the excellent access to the trams, which took us downtown in just 8 minutes. The rooms were modern and appeared recently decorated and furnished. We especially enjoyed the stunning views of the city from the 17th floor pool. The staff provided outstanding service, and the Welcome Manager went above and beyond to find a lost earring and personally deliver it to our room. We felt truly cared for and appreciated as guests.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent hotel choice

Hard to think of anything.

The spa department was a nice escape during my Christmas stay. the modern and clean room was a pleasant surprise. Plus, the hotel's location near the park and city center made it easy to explore the area.

The front desk service was unhelpful and even rude at times. the breakfast lacked options and was expensive.

Convenient location near tram station. Helpful staff and clean rooms. Great restaurant with high-quality food and fast, friendly service. Close proximity to park and zoo. Free Ezra bed provided.

During my recent stay at Congress Hotel Am Stadtpark, I had a wonderful experience. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a modern bathroom. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the attention to detail by the staff.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the cost of breakfast and limited options for room service, these did not detract from my overall positive experience.

We loved the spa and pool - a great feature. The room was very clean, and the buffet breakfast was quite good. The staff was great, and the hotel is within walking distance to the Zoo and next to a popular concert hall.
