Positive aspects of my stay at the hotel: Excellent customer recovery service from Anna at the reception. Upgraded to a suite room after the first room had a bad smell. Great location near Prague Castle and Charles Bridge. Friendly and cheerful staff, including Jakub and Caroline who provided helpful recommendations. Delicious breakfast. Amenities such as a mini bar, fan, and A/C in the room. Quiet and cozy atmosphere. Pool table in the basement

Wonderful one night stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We were delighted to find L'Occitane cosmetics in the bathroom. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of choices. Highly recommended to all Prague visitors. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay.

This place is situated just down the hill from a famous castle, making it a perfect location for exploring the historical area. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the center, but still close enough to easily reach all the attractions. Here, you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The staff at this venue are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They made genuine efforts to provide great service, which I truly appreciated.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated on a beautiful street and very close to the center of the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the room was well-kept, clean, and cozy. We especially loved the breakfast, which was delicious and well-stocked. The staff provided exceptional service and were very kind and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel was in a great location, close to major attractions and with a fantastic view from the room window. the staff at the front desk were really friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Another great aspect was the included breakfast, which had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

One negative aspect was the cleanliness of the toilet, which was not properly cleaned and had a bad smell. the location of the hotel made it inconvenient for taxis or Ubers to pick us up directly in front, as they had to drive around a lot.

The attention to detail at this hotel was remarkable. From the high-quality toiletries to the wide variety of teas at breakfast, they really made an effort to provide extra amenities. the location was also perfect, within walking distance of restaurants and popular sites. Additionally, the staff were attentive and the rooms were clean and quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay.

The bathroom was cold and damp, as the heating and ventilation seemed to be switched off. the room itself was on the smaller side, and the wooden floors made it easy to hear footsteps from the room above.

Great location near the castle, with bars and restaurants close by. Good-sized bathroom with powerful hot shower and fluffy towels. Lovely clean and comfy beds. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Friendly and helpful receptionist.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was well-kept, clean, and cozy. The staff was very kind and the breakfast was really good. The hotel is located near the Castle of Prague and Petřín park is just down the hill. Additionally, there is a local artisans shop next door which sells great gifts. Transport links are also easily accessible from the hotel.

The location was great, as it was close to the castle and within walking distance to most attractions. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was outstanding in providing great service. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Additionally, the bed and linen were amazing, and we appreciated the attention to detail, such as the decorated bed for our anniversary.

There were a few negatives to our stay. the front desk service could be better, as they were not very helpful when we wanted to make a restaurant reservation.
