We definitely got great value for our money at Gran Sol. The rooms, although a bit outdated, were super clean and had very good air conditioning. The location was perfect, close to the water, restaurants, and the harbor. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast option that could have been better was the coffee. It was made from essence bags, and not fresh beans.

The best aspects of my stay were the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff. the staff were always cheerful and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my Easter break. the location of the hotel was superb. It was conveniently situated near the main attractions, allowing me to easily explore the area and make the most of my vacation.

There were a few instances where I encountered staff who were impolite and unhelpful, which put a damper on my experience. It was disheartening to be treated poorly as a paying guest.

Had a great New Year stay at a resort hotel. Loved the spacious swimming pool area with plenty of comfortable sunbeds and an outdoor jacuzzi that made the experience all the more relaxing. the breakfast was superb with a variety of food options including real British bacon and a choice of fried or scrambled eggs. the hotel staff were friendly and informative and made club ticket arrangements for us. the hotel is conveniently located with a large public parking nearby.

Accessing the private parking was difficult as we had to check-in first, which was not convenient. the hotel lacked evening entertainment apart from one evening.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice pool area, great location for sunset bars and San Antonio nightlife, convenient left luggage and shower facilities.

I had an amazing 3 nights stay at Grand Sol in San Antonio. The hotel was immaculate and beautifully presented. The pool was gorgeous and the breakfast was by far the best I've ever had with so much choice. The staff were friendly and the location was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

Second time visiting, very friendly staff, lots of free sunbeds, cheap drinks and food. Great hotel, choice for a quiet stay in a busy area. Great location near Sunset Strip and good value bars. Good restaurants nearby. Perfect for catching boat trips to other parts of Ibiza. Spacious pool area with always available loungers. Upgrading all the time.

As a solo traveler, I loved the friendly and helpful staff, clean and modern rooms, and the delicious food at the restaurant. The hotel is conveniently located near the sunset strip but still away from the noise. The car park and nearby petrol station were convenient. The pool area was peaceful, and I appreciated the option to have a quiet section on the grass. The breakfast spread was varied and sumptuous, and the hotel had many amenities like ironing facilities and vending machines.

Felt like home, nothing to complain about.
