Helpful staff, great restaurant with local cuisine, ok breakfast. Large, clean rooms with comfy beds and a huge bay window. Modern bathroom with everything in working order. Currently under reconstruction. Terrific value with high quality offerings.

One downside is that some guests reported creaky wooden beds, which may disturb sleep.

They even had non-gluten bread, which was a pleasant surprise. this hotel offers basic rooms with all the necessary amenities and provides a fantastic experience for a reasonable price.

Frankly, I couldn't find a single fault during my stay. Everything was perfect.

Had a wonderful Xmas stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the festive city center, just a short stroll away. The staff were super friendly and always went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The room was spotless clean and I loved the modern bathrooms. Best of all, the restaurant was absolutely fantastic, offering a wide range of amazing dishes and with a lovely atmosphere. I also appreciated the free private parking right outside.

The breakfast was quite basic and lacked variety. , I was disappointed that the mini-bar was empty and the snacks basket was missing, so I had to go out searching for eats on a snowy Xmas night.

We also appreciated the complimentary drinks in the mini-bar and the snack basket. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Despite a minor delay in getting our room ready upon arrival, our overall experience was excellent. We would definitely recommend Hotel Centrum to others looking for a great value and a convenient location in Hranice. we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.
