The room at Gunawarman was exactly as advertised - spacious and comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's location in a culinary and nightlife district offered plenty of options for dining and entertainment. The exterior of the hotel looked classy and stood out in a positive way. The cocktail at the downstairs bar was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Parking was convenient and easily accessible in the hotel's parking area. The location is ideal, being in close proximity to the Sudirman Central Business District, as well as other popular hotels like the Ritz. Additionally, the hotel's complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The rooms were beautifully designed and the bed was super comfortable. the dinner menu offered a delicious baked barramundi and the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel's location was great, offering easy access to nearby attractions.

On the first day, the tomato was cold and the eggs were undercooked. Although the avocado breakfast on the second day was great, it disappeared from the menu.

We booked the Wood Room and it was a bit smaller than expected, but still very very cozy and the decor and cleanliness is top notch. The beds and pillows were awesome, best sleep we've had in a while. The bath tub by the window was the centerpiece of the room and works very nicely. We didn't want to leave our rooms. The exterior of this place looks very classy and stands out in a good way. It's located in the heart of a culinary and nightlife district, so there are plenty of choices for food and drinks. We love that there is 24-hour room service, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch.
