The hotel offered a wide variety of amenities and facilities, including a spa and a swimming pool. the location of the hotel was great, with beautiful views of the mountains. the rooms were clean, spacious, and nicely furnished, providing a comfortable stay. the staff at the reception were nice and professional, making the check-in process smooth and efficient.

One of the main issues was the lack of communication and information provided by the staff. There were difficulties in finding English-speaking staff members, and during check-in, important details such as the services provided and how to navigate the hotel were not explained.

During my recent stay, I had the most amazing time at Spa Hotel Imperial. The hotel itself was beautifully preserved with a rich history, creating a truly unique atmosphere. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the comfortable and spacious accommodations made me feel right at home. The variety and taste of the food offered were also impressive, ensuring that every meal was a delightful experience.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks of my stay, such as the lack of air conditioning and the early closure of the bar, these did not hinder my overall experience. Despite these small inconveniences, I can confidently say that Spa Hotel Imperial exceeded my expectations.

During our recent stay at Spa Hotel Imperial, we were impressed by the size of the hotel and its comfortable rooms. The views from our room were absolutely stunning, overlooking the town below situated on a hill. It was a lovely sight to wake up to each morning.

On a slightly negative note, we found that the check-in process took quite a long time, with several mistakes made by the receptionist. Additionally, there were a few issues with the room arrangements.

The historical building was lovely and gave us that luxury vacation feel. the complimentary wine and champagne was a plus, plus! the location was convenient for transportation options to and from the city center.

The hotel was located on a steep hill which required some effort to climb up and down, but it was worth it for the view. the internet connection was a bit disappointing.

Stylish 1920's flair, impressive architecture. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Stunning view of front garden. Hot spring on first floor. Short walk to city center via shortcut. As a business traveler, enjoyed the amenities and workshops.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were absolutely incredible. The Spa & wellness centre offered a range of massages, body wraps, and beauty treatments that left me feeling pampered and rejuvenated. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were immaculate and provided a relaxing environment. The service was exceptional from start to finish, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The restaurant served delicious meals with plenty of options, and the in-room breakfast was a lovely touch. The private facilities were nothing short of exclusive, and the location provided stunning views of the surrounding area.

While overall everything was perfect, the only minor issue I experienced during my stay was that the slippers provided were a bit tight for my feet. However, this was a minuscule issue compared to the abundance of positive experiences at this venue.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with our room being large and spotless. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a nice pool for swimming. The location was perfect, situated above the city in a peaceful environment, with the added bonus of a free bus and funicular ticket to conveniently travel down to the city. The breakfast offered local food, such as Rochlík and švestkové knedlíky, which was delicious. The staff were incredibly kind and polite, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
