The location of the hotel is ideal - just a minute walk from the main square but in a quiet area. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room on the 5th floor was spacious, with a kitchenette and a balcony, offering a nice surprise. The room was well-lit and clean. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices with fresh bread, yogurt, hot dishes, and more.

We loved the central location of this venue! It's right in the center of all the tourist points and everything is within walking distance. Plus, being located on a street where you can't drive on made it quieter and more peaceful. The service here was exceptional. Housekeeping was always on top of things and we enjoyed the limousine service as well. Laundry was no problem and shuttle services made getting around even easier. One of the best things was the room amenities, including the free Wi-Fi in rooms, which made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

The staff at the front office reception should reconsider their service standards as we experienced some subpar service with the receptionist. Despite this, we highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

That the hotel did not have any carpets in the room, only floor tiles. However, they were kind enough to provide slippers upon request.

Over Christmas, we had a lovely stay in the city. the hotel’s complementary hot chocolate on arrival and festive treats were a nice touch. the location was perfect with many restaurants and shops nearby, and the main attractions were only a short walk away. Something else that stood out was the friendly staff who were very helpful and welcoming.

The rooms were quite noisy, especially from outside and other guests in the hallways. the lack of soundproofing made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Centrally located, spacious room, great aircon and wifi, delicious buffet breakfast with daily rotation, well-maintained interior, stunning view from private terrace.
