The location of the hotel is the best thing about it. It's really near the BTS station and shopping centres. The staff are helpful and the rooms are clean with fresh towels daily. There is free bottled water and some fruit in the fridge every day.

The shower was a bit problematic and some of the rooms are a bit old and outdated.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to the Artbox market, and next to the Nana BTS station. This meant we were in the centre of action and everything was easy to reach. The service was also excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. That the Wi-Fi was a bit patchy, but once we were online it worked well. Families should definitely consider staying here, as there is plenty of space in the room and the hotel has everything they need.
