The variety of eggs, sausages, and cold cuts was impressive. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was great, allowing me to easily explore the city on foot or by train. The room size was ample and the bed was comfortable. Despite some minor drawbacks like the absence of air conditioning and limited electric outlets, I would still recommend this hotel to others. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Plus, there were a lot of landmarks nearby which made exploring the city very convenient. The service was top-notch as well, with staff at the reception desk always ready to help with any request. I also enjoyed the leisure facilities, particularly the jacuzzi and the massage services which were perfect after a long day of sightseeing. The room was also very well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.

If you're a light sleeper, it might be better to request a room on the other side of the hotel because the rooms facing the main road can be a bit noisy. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

During our stay at Hotel Merkur, we had an unfortunate incident where my partner accidentally left their phone charger in the room. Margarita from the reception was incredibly kind and promptly informed us that they had found the charger. Not only did they send it to us, but they also handled the check-in and check-out process smoothly, thanks to Vlastimil. Both of them were not only super friendly but also spoke English fluently, making our experience even better. We are truly grateful and highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service.

The hotel had a great location, close to major transportation hubs and tourist attractions. It was very convenient for my business trip. the staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, providing great customer service. I also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and sweets offered in the afternoon, a nice touch that made my stay even more pleasant.

The interior of the hotel was a bit outdated, which may not suit everyone's taste. the Wi-Fi connection was not reliable, especially on computers, making it frustrating at times.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, close to public transportation and within 5 to 10 minutes to the majority of the historical landmarks in the city center. The breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean, and some rooms had a nice view of the city.
