Afternoon tea at Slaughters Manor House was a delightful experience. The grandeur of the hotel and warm welcome set the tone. The attentive staff provided excellent service throughout. The only drawback was the lack of accessibility for disabled guests.

We recently stayed at a lovely guest house in a picturesque setting. the Slaughters Manor House Guest House offers a fantastic experience with its beautiful old manor and its 1000 years of history. Each room has its own unique charm, adding to the tranquil and idyllic atmosphere. the staff at the guest house were exceptional, demonstrating great courtesy throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the excellent evening meal and breakfast, as well as indulging in a delightful afternoon tea on the lawn. It was a wonderful way to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The location of the hotel was perfect, nestled in a charming rural village, offering a peaceful and picturesque setting. Our room, the Nina suite, exceeded our expectations with its modern decor, comfortable beds, and a large bathroom with a luxurious bathtub. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to meet our requests. We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional dinner at the restaurant, where the food was simply outstanding. The staff even prepared a delightful surprise cake for our friends' anniversary.

One minor downside was the limited choice of meals at the Manor House restaurant, as they only offered an 8-course menu.

We booked a stay at Slaughters Manor House for my husband's birthday and had a fantastic time! The suite we stayed in, 'Nina', had a beautiful view of the front of the building. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room itself was spacious and luxurious. The hotel grounds were stunning, and we enjoyed spending time in the bar and billiards room. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the picturesque Cotswold villages.

The food was a gastronomic adventure and we thoroughly enjoyed all three dinners. the bedroom had a superb view of the premises and fields, and the bed was extremely comfortable. the bathroom was well-equipped with a spacious and light layout, including a marvelous 'Rainwater' shower. the staff were welcoming and provided an informative tour upon our arrival. the grounds were well-maintained and the village of Lower Slaughter was quaint and easy to explore. the overall experience was top-notch, with thoughtful touches like water, fruit, and handmade biscuits in the room.

From the moment I arrived at reception, I was greeted with a warm smile and the service throughout my stay was exceptional. the food at afternoon tea, dinner, and breakfast was outstanding - better than tea at the Ritz! the room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the bathroom was spacious. the common areas had a classic modern country house vibe and were very relaxing. the staff were friendly, attentive, and competent. this place exuded quality and professionalism in a stunning location.
