Exceptional location, friendly and helpful staff, large and comfortable room, good restaurant with reasonable prices, great included breakfast. One specific situation that happened in this hotel was when I had my passport and other belongings stolen. The staff went above and beyond to help me, locating the consulate and providing assistance. They even offered a food credit to my daughter while I was in the hospital. The kindness and support of the staff truly made this my favorite hotel during my 24-day trip. The location was perfect, the room was charming, and the included full breakfast was a delightful start to each day. While the hotel had a few minor inconveniences, such as not replacing toiletries and a room that couldn't fully cool due to record-breaking temperatures, these were understandable circumstances that were not within the hotel's control. The only other small downside was the noise of the garbage trucks, but overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved staying here! The location couldn't be better, right near the bridge and within easy walking distance of all attractions. Plus, it's within reach of all the facilities we needed, such as room service and tours. The service is exceptional, with staff going over and above our expectations, especially at the reception desk. They helped us make all arrangements and offered special drinks! Additionally, the rooms are spacious and very clean with all necessary amenities including a flat-screen TV, mini-bar, and garden furniture.

That there wasn't much catering for families. But we still recommend this venue to everyone for their next vacation!

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, even making dinner reservations for us. The location was very central, right next to Charles Bridge and near the St Charles New Town tower. We found it easy to reach the hotel from the airport. The breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options, including eggs, meats, yogurt, fruit, fresh breads. the hotel had excellent cleanliness, good facilities, and friendly staff.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right on Charles Bridge. It made exploring Prague so convenient, with everything within walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They even gave me a room upgrade, which was a delightful surprise. The room itself was luxurious and spacious, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was excellent. One of the highlights was the restaurant, where I had a delicious dinner. The breakfast spread was also impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly memorable.

The value for money at Pod Vezi was exceptional, I couldn't believe how much I got for the price I paid. The room was spotless and had a charming boutique vibe.
