Loved the lively City Works Depot with its delicious food options and cool atmosphere. The Crowne Plaza Club Lounge was a pleasant surprise, offering great views and free drinks. The business center was a lifesaver for all my work needs.

I had a wonderful experience at the Crowne Plaza. the staff, especially Sam on the front desk, were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. the beds were soft and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the location of the hotel was also excellent, perfectly situated for all of my needs. the breakfast was outstanding, with a fantastic selection and attentive, fast service from the breakfast crew. I was particularly impressed with the delicious Bircher Muesli, which I believe is the best in Oceania. One morning staff member stood out with their enthusiasm and warm smiles, truly representing the hotel well.

The only issue I had was that the hotel was not obvious to find.

I stayed at the Crown Plaza for a couple of nights while exploring the city. The hotel's central location allowed easy access to bars, restaurants, and the waterfront. The staff was exceptional, always going above and beyond, and the breakfast was the best I've ever had. I highly recommend staying at the Crown Plaza for your Auckland visit.

the room was spacious and luxurious, with a good view of the city from the large window. I appreciated the ample storage space and the nice-sized desk. the bathroom was also spacious, with plenty of counter space. the hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and I was able to check in early, which was a bonus. the location of the hotel was central and convenient, with easy access to Queen St and nearby theaters. it was a great value for money and I would definitely return.

This hotel is in a great location, perfect for exploring the city. The view of the nearby Sky Tower from my room window was stunning. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious and clean, and I especially loved the bath.

I wish the staff would clean the tables better, as I noticed crumbs being pushed to the floor.

The location was unbeatable, just minutes away from the concert venue and our favorite restaurant. We could easily stroll down to the waterfront in no time. Plus, the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The bathroom was in need of a makeover, particularly the narrow shower over the bath. The shower curtain was too close, making it quite unpleasant to use.

The staff were very attentive and friendly, offering us a good deal on breakfast. We were also upgraded to an amazing executive suite with great views. the bed was super comfy with a good selection of pillows. the location was also convenient for our needs.

There were a few issues that let down our experience. we had to wait for our room due to maintenance.
