The breakfast was decent and had a good variety. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. the location was also convenient, close to the main square.

The staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. the hotel had no decorations or festivities to make it feel like the holiday season.

We arrived late at night, but the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The code was sent promptly via SMS and we were able to easily collect our room key from the key box. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the city. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Novy Jicin.

Excellent location near the old town, convenient parking, delicious restaurant , nice breakfast, helpful staff. Beautiful old building, cozy coffee and pastry shop with piano. Renovated bathroom. Good value.
