We had low expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised by this place. The staff here are great, very friendly and they speak perfect English. The dinner at the restaurant was amazing – it's super classy and probably the best place in town. And the prices were surprisingly low considering the quality. We loved the fresh Pilsener Urquel beer! The breakfast here is also great with plenty of strong, black freshly-brewed coffee. Parking is easy, either right outside or in the garage under the hotel. we had a wonderful experience here.

The room at Imperial Hotel Ostrava was surprisingly affordable, just under $100. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was great, close to the city center. The free internet made it easy to work from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for business travelers.

I recently stayed at Imperial Hotel for a couple of nights and it exceeded my expectations. The central location was perfect for exploring the city, and I was pleasantly surprised to find it at a discounted rate. The free sauna was a nice bonus, although the ambiance was more like a medical center than a health club. The restaurant in the hotel was a hidden gem, offering delicious and classy dining at a surprisingly low price. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and spoke flawless English. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the easy parking outside or in the garage was a convenience.

No fitness center, smoking rooms by default and non-smoking rooms must be requested, uninspiring views from some rooms.
