I stayed at a hotel with a great location, close to the Koning-Pilsener Arena and CentrO Oberhausen. It was really convenient for me to visit the Metronom Theatre and the Oberhausen Arena. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and a good breakfast. The staff were friendly and the hotel had good facilities such as complimentary tea and coffee.

The wifi was limited, and after using the free 100MB, I had to pay for additional usage.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right across from the Arena and near both the Shopping Mall and the Gasometer. We were able to conveniently explore these attractions. The staff at the hotel were extremely efficient and made sure to address any concerns we had.

During our stay, we encountered a problem with the WIFI, which was of poor quality. However, the hotel promptly removed the charge from our bill and took our complaint seriously.

One of the things I liked the most was the fast and friendly check-in experience. the staff was really helpful and welcoming. the location was also excellent, as the hotel was right in front of a shopping center with plenty of options for dining and entertainment. the room was clean and comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

There were some things that I disliked about the hotel. Although the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was overpriced and didn't meet my expectations.

The hotel is situated in a great location, just in front of the shopping center, making it extremely convenient for shopaholics. It is also very close to the centro and the nearby bus station, making transportation easy. The rooms are clean and spacious, with friendly staff that are accommodating to multiple languages. The restaurant offers delicious food, including a top-notch breakfast. Additionally, the WiFi has good coverage throughout the hotel.

The view from the room was not the best.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location is perfect, being right next to the biggest mall in the area. It was so convenient to have shops, restaurants, and entertainment options just a short walk away. The hotel itself was cozy and inviting. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious and gave us a great start to each day. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
