I recently stayed at the Jalta Boutique in Prague for a business trip. The hotel staff were fantastic, offering refreshments upon arrival and promptly taking care of our luggage. The location was ideal, with a short walk to the underground train station and easy access to the Old Town. The breakfast was delicious and presented attractively. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was in great condition. The hotel taxi service was reliable, competitively priced, and provided a clean and efficient service. I would definitely recommend this hotel for both business and vacation purposes.

The breakfast was really good with many options to choose from. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city and its attractions. the staff were friendly and polite which made our Xmas stay more pleasant.

The construction work happening near the hotel was seriously disturbing. the noise from the work was really loud and unacceptable especially for a 5-star hotel.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was surrounded by many interesting attractions. The room was incredibly luxurious with all the exclusive amenities one could wish for. The private facilities, including the Jacuzzi, were a particular highlight. The in-room breakfast exceeded expectations and was a marvelously indulgent start to the day.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was that the curtains in the room let in a little too much light at times. Although we asked the hotel to call a cab for us on one occasion, the driver that turned up overcharged us, leaving a bad taste in our mouths.

The staff were friendly and provided exceptional service throughout our stay, especially Tomas at the front desk who went above and beyond to assist us.
