Our Christmas stay in this hotel offered a decent continental breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, which was a great plus. The hotel's close proximity to public transportation made it easy to explore the city and its attractions. , the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with stunning views from the higher floors.

The maintenance of the hotel needs improvement, with some necessary repairs such as water pressure and toilet brush missing. The toilet and shower area were a little cramped, making it difficult to use for taller people.

Interesting hotel with paintings, postcards, and water in room. Helpful English-speaking staff, especially Pavel at reception. Efficient and helpful staff at both reception and dining area. Great and varied breakfast, well-priced and tasty dinner. Spacious, clean, and well-laid out rooms.
