The staff at the Mandarin Oriental made our stay unforgettable. Upon arrival, we were greeted with warm scented towels and our luggage was promptly taken to our room. The gardens were peaceful, the room beautiful and comfortable, and the concierge was always ready to assist us. We even received a different pillow when we found ours too soft. The level of personalized care exceeded our expectations, and despite a few minor drawbacks, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was full of character and had a nice foyer. the rooms were big and comfortable, with a good size closet. the location of the hotel was great, as it was in a quiet area but still close to the main attractions. It was only a short walk to Charles Bridge, which was convenient for visiting at sunrise and avoiding the crowds.

The hotel still used small disposable toiletries and plastic water bottles. It would be great if they could switch to more environmentally friendly options.

We absolutely loved the magical atmosphere of the hotel, being built on a monastery. The location was great, with easy access to all the must-see sights in the city, while also being away from the busy tourist areas. The staff were friendly and professional, providing excellent service at the reception desk. The in-room dining from Spices Restaurant was delicious, and we enjoyed the convenience of having a tour of the hotel upon check-in.

I recently stayed at Mandarin Oriental in Prague for a week-long trip. The room was incredibly spacious and the bathroom was huge, which was a must for me. I was thrilled to find a smoking balcony for enjoying cigars and evening drinks. The hotel staff, especially Concierge Pavel, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. From recommendations for fantastic restaurants to organizing our activities flawlessly, Pavel truly made our stay amazing. Another unique feature of the hotel is its historical significance as a former monastery, with 14th-century ruins in the spa. it was a lovely experience.

The location of the hotel is perfect - close to everything but not in the middle of the crowded madness of central Prague. It is conveniently located to everything yet outside of the very city center. I enjoyed being able to explore the city easily and return to a peaceful and quiet place at the end of the day.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and natural light in my room at Mandarin Oriental. The interior decoration was lovely and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was well-equipped and the enormous bath was a luxurious touch. The towels were super soft and the turndown service added a special touch to my stay. The cocktails at the bar were original and delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I had a wonderful stay at Mandarin Oriental and would highly recommend it.

Our weekend stay at this hotel was simply amazing! the staff were friendly and efficient, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the location was ideal, with picturesque views and easy access to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Additionally, the room was spacious and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep.

We were slightly disappointed with the breakfast options. Some of the egg dishes, like omelettes and fried eggs, required an additional charge, which we found unusual compared to other hotels we've stayed at.
