I had a great stay at the hotel. the view from my room was fantastic, with trees and a beautiful cityscape from up the hill. the staff were perfect, both in terms of their helpfulness and friendliness. the breakfast provided was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious meals. the restaurant staff were also wonderful. I particularly loved the impressive lift, which offered a stunning view of the city. I highly recommend Nh Collection for anyone visiting Prague. the hotel's location near Anděl and the surrounding park was also a bonus. Breakfast was enjoyable too.

In terms of recommending this hotel, we had a minor issue with obtaining a receipt from the payment terminal at check-out, as the staff did not want to provide one for our records. However, this does not overshadow the overall positive experience we had.

During my recent stay at the NH Collection Prague, I had a great experience. The hotel is located in an interesting area and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the cable car that connects the hotel to the other NH hotel at the foot of the hill, making it convenient to get around. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The food at the restaurant, both for dinner and breakfast, was absolutely amazing. The location was convenient, with easy access to shopping centers and tourist attractions by bus. The staff, especially the blonde waitress, were incredibly kind and welcoming, which parents like us really appreciated. The hotel was surrounded by nature, making it incredibly calm and peaceful. The beds and pillows were super comfy, and the shower had excellent water pressure and good quality hygiene products. The breakfast spread was good, with friendly staff always ready to assist. The spa was really clean and well-maintained. a 100% NH-quality experience with mind-blowing comfort, amazing food, and efficient service. We were really impressed!
