where do I begin? ? the breakfast was the same each day, like a sad leftovers buffet. Also, bed bugs? I was shocked that no one offered a complimentary upgrade to compensate for this inconvenience, you know, like a nice place would do? but nope, just poor service and rude staff. could’ve given a good review but just couldn’t.

the breakfast was a pathetic excuse for a meal, same boring items every day. also, the lack of a proper mattress left me wishing I stayed elsewhere. I just can't believe no one offered me a complimentary upgrade after all these inconveniences. definitely not a 4-star experience, I woudl ve been better off at a motel.

Great wi-fi and friendly staff. Restaurant food is awesome, but no air conditioning made it hot.

I had a nice stay! The breakfast spread was delightful, especially the fresh pastries, and I was surprised by the spacious room. However, my key card was a bit annoying, as it kept losing its magnetic properties!

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a spa. On my first stay, the staff gave me the best local taxi tip, which I still remember. I highly recommend it for anyone needing an affordable stay. I'm coming back for a weekend.

Location was spot on—calm yet close enough to the action! The fast lift and our aquarium viewing sessions were a highlight. The cute souvenir shop was a delightful find, too.

No AC meant we were practically roasting in our room, and my key card was more temperamental than a diva! Who knew unlocking a lift could be such a workout?

Just a good pick for a brief pit stop in Prague with excellent value for money. The room was fresh and clean, and I loved the coffee selection available in the lobby. Make sure to catch the tram for easy access to the city center.

The breakfast spread was a huge relief for me a vegetarian I found plenty to eat and loved the relaxing vibe of the pool and sauna after a long day.

the hotel has a great spa center with an indoor pool and a delicious breakfast spread that includes fresh soup! the staff were super helpful when i needed to book tours and manage my stay.

We spent a couple of nights here for a concert and loved the spacious room! It was super clean and modern. Breakfast had a ton of vegetarian options, which is great! The pool and sauna were nice for relaxing after a long day. Just wish the bar area was a bit cozier.
