The breathtaking river views from my room were simply unforgettable, allowing me to enjoy the famous Shanghai skyline at any hour.

I encountered some issues with the language barrier with front desk staff, which made communication frustrating during my stay.

The decor is starting to show its age, and a refurbishment would definitely enhance the experience!!! It's quite a trek to the central attractions, not ideal for those seeking convenience!!! Some amenities could be better maintained!!!

Braw view from the 20th floor, just pure breathtaking! The breakfast was a bit hit or miss, but the river view made up for it. Staff could be a wee bit more welcoming. Overall, a smashing stay!

i stayed at indigo during my last visit to shanghai, and it truly exceeded my expectations. the room had a breathtaking view of the bund, and the breakfast selection was fantastic, changing daily. it was a delight to see both traditional and western options, which made mornings enjoyable.

Superb location! Only a short walk to the Bund bridge and Nanjing Road, filled with shops and street food on both sides. Room service delivered in baskets (I loved that touch! ). The staff were friendly and attentive!

Wow, the view from our suite was jaw-dropping—right over the river! Breakfast was tasty, with a ton of options, and the rooftop bar was a sweet spot to chill. The staff were nice, but the wait for room service was kinda long. Still, it’s hard to complain with that view!

Despite the comfortable bed and well-appointed bathroom, the overall handling of the situation was less than ideal. It's unfortunate that this overshadowed an otherwise beautiful environment.
