The hotel facilities were also impressive, including a souvenir shop, and everything we needed was provided. The location was excellent, as it was right next to a tram stop, making it easy to explore the city. The trams were frequent and reliable, ensuring we never had to wait long to get to the city center. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating. this hotel provided great value for money.

The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the city, right next to a tram stop and within walking distance of a metro station. The rooms are clean and comfortable with nice amenities, and the breakfast buffet offers a great variety of foods to satisfy any dietary needs.

Some areas of the hotel, like the carpets in the corridors, could use some updates.

We enjoyed the spacious and warm room with a bathtub, and the strong WiFi. The fitness and pool center had all we needed. The hotel's location near trams and a shopping mall was very convenient. we would recommend this hotel.

For the price we paid, the value we got at this hotel was unbeatable. The room was stunning, especially the bathroom which was not only beautiful but also spacious and well-equipped for all our needs. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and the city center, and there were plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. We also loved the unique and interesting rooms, particularly the older ones that added a touch of charm. The hotel provided all the necessary amenities such as a safe, fridge, and tables and chairs, making our stay comfortable and convenient. Additionally, one of the receptionists named Veronica stood out with her excellent behavior and professionalism, adding a personal touch to our experience.

When it comes to the breakfast, it would have been even better if there were complimentary water provided in the room itself, rather than having to purchase it from a machine. However, this is just a minor inconvenience in an otherwise fantastic stay at this hotel.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. The Wi-Fi signal was either weak or nonexistent, making it difficult to stay connected.
