The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff was very helpful and friendly, providing great service. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout our time there. They were always available to help and spoke English fluently, which made communication easy. Lastly, the basic amenities provided in the room were more than sufficient. The room itself was spacious and very clean, with big windows that allowed for natural light to brighten up the space.

Had a great New Year's Eve stay at this hotel. The staff was wonderful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the friendly staff and their excellent service. They were always willing to assist and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Another great aspect was the convenient location, with easy access to the city center and public transportation. It was a breeze to explore the Christmas markets and attractions. the breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

One of the downsides of my stay was the outdated and worn-out furniture in the rooms. It felt a bit uncomfortable and in need of renovation.
