The hotel is conveniently located in the historic center, just a short distance from the train station. The tram stop is also very close by, making it easy to explore the city. The reception staff were friendly and approachable, speaking good English. The room was tidy, clean, and spacious, with plenty of natural light. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided good variety and was served promptly.

The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff was very helpful and friendly, providing great service. The rooms were comfortable, with very comfortable beds and the added bonus of breakfast included.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. With affordable prices, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our stay. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout our time there. They were always available to help and spoke English fluently, which made communication easy. Lastly, the basic amenities provided in the room were more than sufficient. The room itself was spacious and very clean, with big windows that allowed for natural light to brighten up the space.

Had a great New Year's Eve stay at this hotel. the staff was wonderful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the daily cleaning service was great and we always came back to a fresh and tidy room. the breakfast was included and there were plenty of options to choose from, including some local favorites. the hotel was in a key location - close enough to the city center to walk but away from all the noise and crowds.

Our only issue was the lack of toiletries, which were very basic. We had to go out and buy more soap and shampoo.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the friendly staff and their excellent service. They were always willing to assist and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Another great aspect was the convenient location, with easy access to the city center and public transportation. It was a breeze to explore the Christmas markets and attractions. the breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

One of the downsides of my stay was the outdated and worn-out furniture in the rooms. It felt a bit uncomfortable and in need of renovation.
