The Mozart Prague is a fantastic hotel with a great location, beautiful architecture, and a charming old-world charm. The staff, especially at the restaurant and reception, were kind, professional, and accommodating. The hotel offers excellent service and has a rich historical background. Additionally, it is conveniently located near the riverfront, close to attractions such as the Charles Bridge and the Old Town.

During my stay at The Mozart, I had the pleasure of exploring the beautiful building and its rich history. The Pachta Palace, where the hotel is located, has a fascinating past and has welcomed renowned figures like Mozart and Wagner. The historic charm of the hotel is truly captivating. Furthermore, the hotel's location in the Old Town is simply unbeatable. Being just a short walk away from the Old Square and Charles Bridge made it incredibly convenient to explore the city's top attractions. I also appreciated the proximity to a variety of shops and restaurants, which added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of my stay.

My Thanksgiving stay was exceptional! the staff were super friendly and attentive, and they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine as a warm welcome. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, just a short walk from all the major attractions. the room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the city from the window. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the mini bar that was refilled daily.

The lack of parking options near the hotel, which made it challenging to park our rental car. However, the hotel staff were helpful in suggesting nearby parking garages.

Staying here was a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities such as a top-notch spa, sauna, and beauty treatments. The large rooms were beautifully decorated with charming interiors and had every possible convenience, including a sun terrace and a private garden area. The service was impeccable, with gracious staff attending to every need, and the in-house restaurant offered an array of delicious food.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of a swimming pool during our stay. Other than that, this hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs and exceeded our expectations in terms of its location advantages and leisure facilities.

One aspect that could be improved was the service at the bar and patio. Some of the staff seemed less attentive to customer needs, which could have enhanced the overall experience.

The hotel had excellent service and friendly staff. They were always willing to help and assist us with any requests we had. The location was perfect for our Easter stay, with key attractions and amenities nearby. It made exploring the city very convenient.- One of the best aspects was the spacious rooms. We had a luxurious suite with a balcony and a spectacular view. It was a comfortable and enjoyable place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

We had some issues with the shower. It was leaking and difficult to adjust the temperature.
