The hotel has been improving in terms of quality and ambiance, which is great for long-time guests like me. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and the staff is well-trained. The hotel is close to the Pankrac Shopping Centre and Metro Station, providing easy access to all parts of Prague.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Prague for a week for business purposes. The Deluxe King room was not very big, but still spacious enough, and it was impeccably clean. The hotel's location was convenient, with a nearby metro station making it easy to reach any point in the city. The swimming pool and sauna, which were included in the room price, provided a relaxing experience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to different dietary preferences, and the hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful.

The breakfast spread was delicious and had plenty of options. We also loved the close proximity to public transportation. Despite a small pool, we enjoyed a refreshing dip during our stay.

The hotel's interior is well-maintained and the beds in double rooms are large and comfortable. The staff are amazing and very helpful, from the receptionist to the cleaners. The view from the top floor is really nice during the day and night. The hotel is conveniently located near excellent transportation links, making it easy to get to and from the city.

The room was comfortable and clean, with an amazing view. the bathtub was big and the bed was awesome. the location was great, just a 10-minute walk from the underground station. Plus, there was a shopping arcade right behind the hotel.

The queue for check-in took around 30 minutes, which was quite a hassle. There were only two receptionists and a language barrier for some guests.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The café and terrace in the evening were enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location was close to the city center.

We loved the location of this place! It's on the red metro line, so it was really easy and cheap to get around via the metro. The metro station Pankrac is so near, which was great. We also appreciated the excellent service from everyone. From bell desk to reception, everyone was so passionate about their work. We were impressed with their room amenities including an in-room safe, ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities, among others. The staff at the reception desk was so helpful, especially with their tours/ticket assistance.

We were delighted to be welcomed with festive decorations and a complimentary drink upon arrival. the hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options.

It was nice to be able to get a workout in and then relax by the pool. Another advantage was the location of the hotel. It was conveniently located close to the city center and in a quiet area, so I didn't have to deal with the noise and hustle of the crowded areas.

My room was a major disappointment. It looked nothing like the pictures and was in desperate need of updating.
