our recent family holiday in fatima was absolutely amazing. the location to the sanctuary was super-perfect, just a short walk away. the staff was incredibly helpful, polite, and spoke english well. we enjoyed delicious breakfasts and had a spacious, clean room. simply loved our stay.

Bathtub too small for comfort.

Staying near the entrance of the sanctuary was a dream come true for a pilgrim like me. From here, I could easily participate in the daily mass, adore the statues, and contemplate the sacred art. Plus, it was easy to access dozens of restaurants where I had some fantastic meals. The hotel staff went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent, and my room was always pristine. I also appreciated the hotel's room service and its amenities, such as the mini-bar and the air conditioning, which helped me stay refreshed and energized during my long days of pilgrimage.

The best thing about our recent stay was the incredible location. We were just steps away from the famous sanctuary, making it convenient for our daily prayers and candlelight processions. The hotel staff were friendly and spoke English fluently, making communication easy. Our junior suite had a balcony with a partial view of the original basilica, allowing us to witness the beauty of the surroundings. The buffet-style breakfast offered plenty of choices, and we also had the option of dining at the a la carte restaurant. Despite the presence of tour groups, we never felt inconvenienced. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, bringing us coffee and pastries to our room and even delivering soup for my mom when she couldn't make it to dinner. We were truly grateful for their caring and attentive service. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future for our pilgrimage to Fatima.
