I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel situated in a tranquil and picturesque location. The surrounding area, almost in the forest, was simply amazing. The hotel itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and had a charming old-fashioned design. The staff were friendly, helpful, and multilingual, making communication easy. The room was large, clean, and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including tasty bakery items. I also enjoyed the spa facilities, particularly the wet sauna and salt room. the service, comfort, and quality provided here were top-notch.

I highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The sizeable, clean rooms had great views and the relaxation zone was a highlight, equipped with multiple pools, saunas and facilities that I thoroughly enjoyed.

The hotel could benefit from renovation outside, as it appeared to reflect its past-time glory. However, the swimming pool was often crowded with elderly ladies and families with children, which deterred from the relaxation zone's experience at times.

We enjoyed the excellent breakfast and the friendly service from the waitresses. the location was perfect, just a 15-minute walk to the city center and main attractions. the hotel's swimming pool and sauna area were a great treat, providing relaxation and enjoyment. our experience at Parkhotel Richmond was delightful.
