The breakfast offered plenty of choice, with chefs available to cook made-to-order dishes. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our experience even better. The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to the tram station and within easy reach of the old town of Benidorm and the lovely promenade.

I recently stayed at Hotel Carlos I for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the foyer/bar areas were beautifully designed. The bar prices were very reasonable, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of delicious options. The hotel is in a newly renovated, quieter area and is a short walk to Poniente Beach. The cleaning staff were attentive and the rooftop pool was a lovely retreat.

We also loved how close it was to the tram station, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We took full advantage of the various amenities, such as the outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. The sun terrace was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. We also appreciated the delicious buffet breakfast and the convenient room service. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, leaving us with a memorable experience.

The breakfast and location were great! the breakfast had a lot of choices and was the best meal served. the hotel's location was very convenient as it was close to the beach and city center. Not to mention, the hotel rooms were spacious and cleaned every day.

Sadly, my Easter holiday was ruined by the loud noises in the hotel. the thin walls in the hotel allowed every sound to echo, making it difficult to sleep or relax.
