We had a great stay at Boutique Residence. The staff was very attentive and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. One specific situation that stood out to us was when we arrived with heavy bags and there was no elevator. However, the receptionist kindly offered to help us carry our bags to our room. The location of the hotel was excellent, with all the main attractions within walking distance. We loved being able to explore the city on foot. The room had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and it was well-maintained by the maid. The breakfast, although located a short walk away, was freshly made with a wonderful variety of food to choose from. we highly recommend Boutique Residence for a short getaway.

Great location in the center, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in Old Town. The room was spacious and very clean. We loved that it was at the back of the hotel, away from the noise of the main street. The breakfast was outstanding, and the bottomless champagne was a nice touch. Despite some minor issues, the service was great once we got checked in. we would recommend this hotel for its prime location and excellent breakfast.

I had a great Christmas break staying at a lovely renovated property. the room was beautiful with a brand new bathroom and a very comfortable bed with fluffy pillows. the staff were very friendly and helped us with anything we needed. the location was perfect, everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. We also enjoyed having a small kitchen on the floor which came in handy.

Our room was quite small, and although we requested an upper floor to avoid noise, we were given a room on the first floor, which meant that we heard noise from the street and the nearby bars. And, as expected in a popular location, the street was quite busy and noisy.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of the old town. You can easily walk to all the major attractions of the city. The restaurant where the breakfast is served offers delicious food. The room is very pretty and the bathroom seems newly renovated. The view from the room is stunning, looking down onto the pedestrian street below. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, always friendly and helpful.

The room lacks sound isolation, which can be quite bothersome considering the noise from the street and other guests.

The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, acquiring a fan and allowing us to stay in a bigger room. Convenient location near the clock tower and square. Common area with microwave and kitchen utensils. Friendly staff and comfortable bed.
