I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say it was a fantastic experience. the staff was super friendly and accommodating; they even helped me with some local restaurant recommendations nearby. the rooms were cozy and spotless, with a beautiful decor that really added to the overall vibe. the lounge area was a nice touch to relax in after a day of exploring the city centre. the location was perfect, right in the heart of New Plymouth, close to excellent dining options, shops, and attractions. I really appreciated the attention to detail, from the music playing throughout the property to the little treats upon check-in. If you're looking for a stylish and inviting place to stay, this hotel is definitely a top choice.

While my stay at this hotel was mostly delightful, there were a couple of minor things that could be improved. the noise from the street outside could be a bit bothersome at times, especially during busy evenings.

There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance, making it convenient to explore and enjoy the local dining scene. The rooms are beautifully presented, with modern and stylish furnishings. The bathrooms are bright and spacious, featuring walk-in showers. The hotel also offers great facilities, including a comfortable lounge area and sky TV in the rooms.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and the ocean. It was super convenient to have a taxi stand right across the street. the lady at reception was really friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for things to do in the area. Plus, the hotel had free WIFI in the rooms, which was a nice bonus.

The noise from the bar downstairs was a major problem. Both nights we stayed, we were kept awake until the early hours of the morning due to the loud crowds outside.
