I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say it was a fantastic experience. the staff was super friendly and accommodating; they even helped me with some local restaurant recommendations nearby. the rooms were cozy and spotless, with a beautiful decor that really added to the overall vibe. the lounge area was a nice touch to relax in after a day of exploring the city centre. the location was perfect, right in the heart of New Plymouth, close to excellent dining options, shops, and attractions. I really appreciated the attention to detail, from the music playing throughout the property to the little treats upon check-in. If you're looking for a stylish and inviting place to stay, this hotel is definitely a top choice.

While my stay at this hotel was mostly delightful, there were a couple of minor things that could be improved. the noise from the street outside could be a bit bothersome at times, especially during busy evenings.

The room felt cozy and modern, with a clean bathroom featuring lovely Ecoya products. the staff were very helpful and the location was convenient for exploring the city.

Coffee quality could be better, and milk alternatives were not provided.

the room, though not grand, was neat and equipped with everything. the newly installed showers were a delight, and the hotel's location was as convenient as having a KFC around the corner!

Great hotel, loved the artsy vibe and convenient location close to everything - KFC, PNS, and the art gallery 👌. Bed was comfy, staff super friendly, and surrounded by awesome eateries. Relaxing stay with a spacious room and modern bathroom but that frosted glass door to the bathroom had me feeling a bit exposed, needed a bit more privacy there 🚿. Would definitely come back, just gotta work on those bathroom doors a tad for a bit more peace of mind during a loo break! .

Loved my Thanksgiving stay! the complementary wine and chocolates were a hit, one less thing to worry about. Perfectly located for shopping and restaurants. Loved how close it was to the walk down by the water. the view was unbeatable!

Only downside was the noise coming from outside early in the morning. Could definitely hear the locals setting up for their day.
