During our stay, we were impressed by the central location of the hotel. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient and saved us a lot of time. The cleanliness of the hotel was also noteworthy, as our room was spotless and well-maintained. We were greeted by friendly staff members who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, catering to both European and American tastes. Additionally, the bed in our room was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room itself was spacious, providing plenty of space for relaxation.

Although we encountered a few drawbacks, such as the lack of AC and the stuffiness of the room, we were able to solve this by opening the windows. The bathtub was a bit challenging to use, with a low hand wand for hair washing and a small plastic wall to prevent water from spraying around.

This place is in an amazing location with easy access to all tourist spots. It's within walking distance to the main tourist street and trolley stops to the city center. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, and mini-bar. The breakfast is delicious and there are many dining options available onsite. The staff made great efforts to see through a request for a taxi right through to kerbside.
