The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They always went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and answered all our questions with a smile. Additionally, the hotel's location was fantastic. It was situated in a quiet area, but still close enough to the city center that we could easily explore all the popular sights. Lastly, we really enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. It had a wide variety of options and the food was delicious.

There were a few things that we did not enjoy about our stay. We expected to have shower gel, body lotion, and other toiletries provided, but we only had a simple soap for our hands.

The spa area was cozy and often empty, allowing for a relaxing experience. Plus, the welcome glass of sparkling wine and fresh juice for the kids were a nice touch.
