The onsen and breakfast were highlights, but the smoking area was unexpected for a supposedly non-smoking property.

the staff went above and beyond, even assisting with a lost item from our previous hotel. They offered a tempting room upgrade and were always friendly and informative. the beds were comfy and the public bath was a nice touch. the hotel's location near Sapporo Station was incredibly convenient for getting around.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the convenience of being located within walking distance of a major transportation hub. It was great that the hotel provided a public bath which was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. the availability of a 24-hour reception was appreciated.

The lack of a master light switch at the entrance of the room which would have been convenient. there was congestion near the lobby due to smoking guests which could have been alleviated by adding another smoking room on a different floor.
