We enjoyed our stay at a nice hotel close to the train station and Pilsner brewery. The location was fantastic, and the modern rooms were beautifully decorated. The breakfast was fabulous, with a wide variety of options. we had a great experience.

The receptionist at Vienna House was incredibly helpful and welcoming, finding me a room just 30 minutes after I booked. Even though the standard double wasn't available, I was upgraded to an executive room for free. the room itself was spacious, clean, and had a powerful shower. the bed was massive and the pillows were comfortable. I also appreciated the coffee machine and kettle in the room, as well as the free snacks and water on the floor. the hotel's location was convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the city center, and it was easy to reach. a great experience.

Just returned from a wonderful Thanksgiving break. the hotel was conveniently located near the famous brewery and the town centre, making it easy to get around. Our room was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the free breakfast, which had a good variety of fresh foods, including cooked dishes, meats, cheeses. the staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. the hotel was an excellent value for money.

The elevator outside the hotel should be cleaned more often, as it was quite dirty. we found that the city maps provided were outdated and could benefit from an update.

I had an absolutely flawless stay at Vienna House in Pilsen. The location was ideal, with the brewery just steps away and a short walk to the town square. They went above and beyond to assist me when my luggage was lost by the airline, coordinating with the airline and even arranging for the delivery of my bags to my next destination in Germany. Their level of service was truly amazing. Additionally, the price was reasonable, making this one of the most satisfying hotel stays I've ever had. I highly recommend this hotel.
