Aesthetically pleasing hotel area, building, garden, and pool. Rooms are nice with comfortable beds. Elegant, peaceful breakfast area with beautiful buffet presentation. Cordial and attentive staff, especially Leonardo the masseur and Pietro the manager. Organized airport shuttle and island activities. Lovely beach area.

I stayed at a hotel on Ischia Island, and it was in a great location, just a short walk to the harbor and the castle. There were also plenty of things to do on the island, from local festivals to concerts. The hotel was located down the main shopping street of the town, so it was convenient for shopping and exploring.

The poor soundproofing in the room, as I could hear noise from a nearby TV.

Great food options and friendly staff, close to shopping area and beach. Best aspect was having a private beach with pier ends and steps to the sea. Delightful gardener, and the lifeguard even moved our umbrella for us if we wanted a change of shade or sun.

Rooms were average, and not decorated as depicted in pictures. Staff were sometimes too intrusive and trying too hard to please us.

My stay at this luxurious hotel exceeded my expectations. The fully-equipped Spa & wellness centre offered an amazing massage, while the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were perfect for a refreshing swim. The beauty treatment and facial were fantastic, with exclusive amenities and a treatment room that provided the perfect relaxing atmosphere. The location was ideal, with beach access just a few steps away and a sun terrace overlooking the beautiful Garden area. The Restaurant served a delicious breakfast and dinner with a Poolside snack bar and bar/ lounge area available for snacks throughout the day.

The one minor issue I experienced was the lack of service during special diet menus that were not available at dinner time. Otherwise, the hotel staff was more than accommodating and made my stay a truly unforgettable experience.

We had a luxurious and well-appointed stay at this beautiful hotel. The concierge gave us a tour of the facilities and we were upgraded to a superior room with ocean views. The private beach was just a short walk away, and the thermal pools were a delight. The pre-dinner drinks on the terrace were a highlight, accompanied by the soothing sounds of the piano. The hotel arranged our transfer to the port, ensuring a seamless departure. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and memorable experience.
