The hotel is located directly on the crossroads, making it convenient for exploring the beautiful national park Bohemian Switzerland. The residential area provides a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are clean and the breakfast offers a variety of options. The spa area is a great place to unwind and the small gym is a nice addition for those who want to stay active.

The communication with the staff could have been better.

Great wine selection, delicious food, tasty bread for breakfast, friendly staff, nice spa with wonderful design, rooms have perfect size and functionality. Breakfast was okay, no dark bread, but the cakes were nice. Beef Stroganoff was awesome. The atmosphere at dinner with lit candles was very cozy. Clean hotel with great spa that can be rented. Staff tries to fix issues ASAP. Some English and German-speaking staff. Spa has a small yoga area, not crowded, and no kids allowed.

We stayed at this hotel recently and had a wonderful experience. The location of this place is on a long big hill, which provides breathtaking views of the surroundings. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with the housekeeping ensuring that our room was always clean and tidy. We were also pleased to be offered a welcome drink upon arrival.

This mountain retreat is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The spa area is top-notch, with a variety of treatments and a beautiful yoga room. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the nearby bus stop made it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great views of the mountains.

The restaurant could use some improvement in terms of food selection and prices. While the staff were helpful and accommodating, the quality of the dishes was not worth the high cost.
